On the day of the event, provide guests access to the QR code by placing the received BONUS cards (or any other printed variant made by you) on the table in front of the guests. This QR code and the event link can also be found in the event’s web portal using the admin account.
Use the information you provided in the second step to log in and access the event details page.

Organizer Questions
What is Cloud of Memories and how does it work?
Cloud of Memories is a web platform through which event guests can upload photos, videos, and wishes in the guestbook, which the organizers can download after the event. Guests will scan a QR code on a card (or access a link provided by the organizers), which will open the Cloud of Memories web platform where they can upload photos, videos, and messages.
How will my guests upload photos and wishes?
After purchasing and registering the event, the organizer must provide the guests with QR code cards (self-printed, can be based on a design downloaded from the platform) so they can scan the QR code to access the platform.
As the organizer, can I upload photos during the event?
Yes, photos can be uploaded both as a guest and as an organizer.
Can all photos or wishes be seen by the guests?
This option is available for configuration by the organizer. They can decide through the admin panel whether they want the guests to see all the photos and videos or wishes uploaded by everyone.
What happens to the photos or wishes uploaded to Cloud of Memories?
Both the photos and messages are stored in the cloud for a period of 3 months from the event date. The platform is available for guests starting on the event date.
How long are the photos, videos and wishes uploaded to Cloud of Memories available?
The photos or messages uploaded to Cloud of Memories are available through the platform for 3 months from the event date.
Can I download the photos, videos and wishes uploaded to Cloud of Memories?
Yes, photos, videos and wishes can be downloaded by the organizer through the platform.
On which devices is Cloud of Memories available?
Cloud of Memories is available on any smartphone, tablet, laptop, or personal computer through an internet browser.
What should I do if I encounter technical issues or have additional questions?

At what resolution will the photos be uploaded?
Depending on the size of the photo, for very large images, they will be resized to 2560 pixels in width or reduced from the original width or length to 2560 pixels in height.
At what dimensions will the videos be uploaded?
When uploaded, video clips will automatically be trimmed to the first 2 minutes of the clip, and their quality will be adjusted to 1080p at 30 fps.
How are the photos organized in the digital album? And in the downloaded archive?
In the gallery panel within Cloud of Memories, photos are organized in reverse chronological order based on when they were uploaded to the platform.
In the downloaded archive from Cloud of Memories, photos will be grouped into folders by user names or in a folder under the name “Anonymous” for users who do not wish to enter their names in the application.
Can I delete photos from the platform?
Yes, organizers can delete any photo uploaded by users or by themselves on the platform.
Do guests need to log in?
No, the platform does not require guests to log in. They can upload photos, videos, and messages anonymously or under their own name if they choose to enter it on the platform.
Questions about packages
When should I purchase a package?
At any time. The platform will be available for guests starting from the event date, and the uploaded photos, clips, and greetings will be stored for 3 months from the event date.
The platform and QR code cards remain valid regardless of the purchase time.
How do I purchase a package?
- You will access the page for family events (wedding, baptism, civil ceremony) and by clicking the “See Prices” button or scrolling down the page, you can view the available packages.
- Select the package suitable for the number of guests at your event and click the “Buy” button.
- Then, complete the payment form to finalize the purchase. After the payment is completed, you will be redirected to a form where you will fill in the details for the administrator account, configure the texts for the cards, and set up and personalize the event.
- The Cloud of Memories team will contact you to finalize the design of the QR code cards.
What should I do if the presented packages do not fit my event?
If you cannot find a suitable package for your event, please contact us via email at contact@cloudofmemories.ro or by SMS/call/WhatsApp at the phone number +40774043791 to receive a personalized offer.
I want QR code cards as well. How do I proceed?
With the purchase of a package, you also receive QR code cards printable templates for FREE in 9 x 5 cm, A5 or A6 dimensions. Each available package includes QR code cards printable templates.
The QR code can also be downloaded from the platform and printed in other forms on your own.
Guest Questions
How do I access the application?
The application can be accessed by scanning a QR code or by using a link.
The organizer will ensure that at least one of the above methods is available during the event.
What do I need to register?
As a guest, the only optional field available to fill out is your full name (first name + last name).
To fully use the application (to upload photos or clips), you will need to grant the platform access to your phone’s media gallery.
Do I need an internet connection to use Cloud of Memories?
Yes, a stable internet connection is required to use Cloud of Memories.
What photo dimensions are accepted for upload?
Cloud of Memories accepts photos of any size as they will be slightly resized as explained in questions from first section.
